And of course loss of connectivity means AD connection problems. Also your AD (account) data is hosted in the cloud, so security is also something to think about.

But you don't want those computers to directly-auto-activate via your existing web-proxy server/service, instead, to use some other kind of MAK-activation-only-proxy-service?
