2024年4月21日 · I just purchased Phillips 28" 4K monitors. Windows 11 recognizes the monitors, but only offers a 1980 x 1080, 2048 x 1152 (1152 x 2048 portrait) resolution for them. Their recommended resolution is 3840 x 2160, but that resolution does nor show up in Display Settings, UPDATE: I am on an HP-Envy computer, and I was using a "Pluggable Hub".
Windows 11 isn't recognizing that my display can go up to 4K.

This monitor native resolution is 5120 x 1440 which does show correctly in the Nvidia Control panel but NOT within the Windows 11 OS. Under Settings > Display Resolution it is showing 2560 x 1440 as the recommended resolution instead of 5120 x 1440.
