2020年3月12日 · Hi folks, found one answer for this that doesn’t work for me (the answer was change to a US keyboard). That’s not acceptable for me - so does anyone know how to get the hashtag symbol that’s printed as a third symbol in the iPad Pro keyboard on the same key as the number 3 and the £ symbol (which we get pressing shift).

2024年5月26日 · “However”, if the iPad is not connected to the keyboard but the charging cable is already in the keyboard, once I attach the iPad to the Keyboard, the iPad does not charge. If I unplug and replug the power cable into the keyboard, charging works fine. On my older iPad Air, if I attached the iPad to its keyboard, it would just start charging.

2023年7月31日 · If so, remove the iPad from the Keyboard - and carefully/gently clean the smart connector contacts on both the iPad and keyboard with a soft pencil eraser (a drafting-film eraser is ideal). Ensure that the contacts on both iPad and keyboard are dirt and dust free - and all debris from the eraser have been removed - before reconnecting the two.

2018年10月14日 · This may be an idiotic question, but does the Smart Keyboard turn the ipad OFF or just put it to sleep when the cover is closed? I have the iPad Pro 10.5 and the Smart Keyboard. When the cover is closed, I know the iPad goes to sleep and it's locked. But is it OFF?

2024年5月19日 · IPad Pro 11 faded back - with Smart Keyboard Noticed that when I removed my iPad from the Smart Keyboard the area around the camera appears to have faded. Doesn’t look good. Doesn’t look good. Only got the IPad Pro 2018 a few months ago, as refurbished from Apple Anyone seen this before I report to Apple.

2023年2月11日 · If the Split Keyboard is restored instead of the full on-screen keyboard, you can either use two fingers (one on each of the two half-keyboards) and swipe the two halves together - or touch-and-hold the “keyboard” key, then slide your finger to the Merge & Dock option and release. 2020年7月11日 · I bought a brand new iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard and absolutely love them both, my only frustration is when I’m trying to type and press my “space bar” it doesn’t work and i have to continually take my iPad off the keyboard to finish typing. Also, when I’m typing and press my “space bar” is closes my recent app I’m typing in.

2020年5月25日 · Assuming the UBS-C power cable is attached to the magic keyboard. Then attach your iPad Pro to the magic keyboard: no mouse pointer but keyboard working. Detach power cable/USB cable , detach iPad Pro from Magic Keyboard and then reattach iPad, only afterwards the power cable: Mouse pointer visible again. This is in my view a software bug.
