古往今来,许多文人墨客都曾垂涎带鱼之“鲜”。清代诗人全祖望用“不若付庖人,以补我诗瘦”描绘了大快朵颐带鱼的怡然“落胃”,仿佛“瘦弱”的诗歌都被带鱼的肥美所补足;明朝福建人谢肇淛则在《五杂俎》中以寥寥数语描绘了煎炸带鱼的鲜美可爱,“用油沃煎,亦甚馨洁”。
