Chicago Bears coach Ben Johnson sent Bears fans a very special video message on social media after officially signing his contract to become the team's head coach.

As one of the hottest names in the coaching carousel, the Bears and former Lions OC Ben Johnson are agreeing to a deal to make him HC.

Johnson will officially be introduced as the Bears new head coach at a press conference at 11:30 a.m. CT on Wednesday. As for when Johnson will get to meet with his players, Chicago can begin their offseason program two weeks earlier than most of the other teams on April 7, as they're one of several teams that will have a new head coach in place.
