Chicago police are alerting locals following a string of overnight burglaries last month on the city’s Northwest Side that the department says occurred in less than an hour. Police say each incident consisted of a group of three to four males exiting a 2013 silver KIA Optima and forcing their way into businesses by smashing a window or the front glass door.
